Vinit Verma is an Independent Consultant and specialises in Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards,  Process Automation and Data Modelling Tools in Compensation, Pay Equity Review, Pay Corrections and  Annual Rewards Management  He has worked in Industries such as Consulting (Big4), Industrial Gases, Manufacturing, Engineering and IT Services, Banking, BPO/KPO and in Start-Ups.

Vinit has interests in Total Rewards, Performance Management, HR Technology, HRIS Reporting as well HR Transformation. He has a total experience of 15 years, inclusive of  Total Rewards, Performance Management and HR/Rewards Softwares

Since 2019, Vinit has dedicated his time to offering Independent Consulting Services. Prior to starting his own practice, Vinit held corporate roles in Total Rewards and HR in India for more than 12 years, including Compensation & Benefits Manager for Deloitte Consulting, Linde and Larsen & Toubro Technology Services. Vinit has held managerial positions for 11 years in Rewards and HR.

 

In his recent roles in Total Rewards Vinit has worked on designing broad band pay ranges, designing models for annual base pay increases and performance incentives, scenarios for rewards budgets, benefits programs, designing rewards policies,  market benchmarking with surveys from AON Hewitt and Mercer, designing pay ranges and equitable salary correction proposals, job evaluation, digitization of annual rewards on ERP software and designing base pay and allowances structures. Vinit has gained experience of managing Total Rewards for India, Asia Pacific, Oceania, Europe regions with a focus on India. Vinit has also gained experience in Special Projects in Compensation & Digitization of HR processes globally inclusive of US and Canada.

Vinit is a ‘Certified Rewards Ready’ by AON Hewitt, and is a trained Six Sigma Green Belt by Linde India Ltd. Vinit is holds an MBA in HR and Marketing and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy.
